Quotation Terms
While we endeavor to provide itineraries and prices with the utmost precision, the booking that may follow based on this quote may be different. Therefore, please take note of the following terms, in which some of the consequences and limitations of the quote provided by Khiri Travel (‘we’, ‘our’) are made clear to the recipient of the quote (‘receiver’).
1. Validity
1.1. The quote is valid for 30 days from the date of sending, unless another validity is specifically given.
1.2. Unless accepted within the period of validity as mentioned under 1. 1., the quotation provided is null and void. Any reference to an expired quote are entirely at the risk of the recipient.
2. Limitations
2.1. None of the mentioned services, such as hotels and flights, have been booked.
2.2.We do not take any responsibility for ‘availability-checks’, neither those initiated by us, nor those requested by the receiver.
2.3. When receiver accepts the quote within time limit, we will try to confirm the exact services quoted. If not available, we will confirm best available alternative. Any extra costs will be specified.
2.4. Flight- and train schedules may render a quoted program unworkable when a sector is fully booked.
3. Rates and Currency
3.1.All rates are based on a per person basis, inclusive of current VAT and service charge.
3.2. Rates are either in US Dollars or Euro, as indicated in the quote
4. Flights
4.1. Flight tariffs are subject to change by the airline at any moment.
4.2. Tickets are issued by Khiri Travel only if explicitly mentioned in the itinerary and/or in the including/excluding section.
4.3. Unless a carrier is specified, we reserve the right to choose the carrier at time of booking.
